Overview

Targeted Victory is looking for a creative leader to develop and optimize our email strategy as we work to improve and transform the political fundraising experience for both donors and clients. This role requires a leader that must be comfortable working in a deadline-driven, campaign-style work environment and be able to coordinate with multiple teams across the organization to capture requirements and drive outcomes. Attention to detail, time management, and a strong work ethic are must-haves.

As an Email Deliverability & Optimization Director, you will be responsible for maximizing the success of our email campaigns by ensuring high deliverability rates. You will work closely with various internet service providers (ISPs) to mitigate deliverability issues, conduct thorough email deliverability analyses, and develop technical requirements to enhance our overall email strategy. It’s our preference for the applicants to be able to work in person at our Arlington, VA office, but we will be open to being remote for the right candidate with the expectation that there will be frequent trips to the office to build relationships.
