Overview

Targeted Victory is looking for an individual to work on the Operations team to support our Corporate Client Strategy team as the company continues to grow in this area. You will be responsible for coordinating and providing operational and administrative support for our growing number of Corporate teams. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment, with great communication skills, keen attention to detail, great time management, and the ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple internal teams to achieve administrative objectives within our Corporate division. The individual must be detail oriented and proactive, always being solution oriented in coming up with the best and most efficient ways to continually improve.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day financial administration, including accounts payable, vendor management, expense reimbursements, and drafting financial reports
  • Assist with month-end, quarterly-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, and audit preparation
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure contracts, renewals, and payments
  • Track and maintain internal compliance systems for C3/C4 separation, political/non-political timekeeping, cost allocation, and document archiving
  • Coordinate with counsel to ensure registrations and filings are accurate and timely
  • Prepare, distribute, and archive governance materials, such as meeting notices and standard resolutions
  • Communicate directly with clients on matters of financial and legal compliance
  • Coordinate with internal Corporate account leads, Operations Team, and Accounting Team on monthly billing and invoicing operations and specific client needs

Qualifications

This position is for individuals who are self-starters driven to follow new marketing trends and opportunities, and should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least one year of previous professional working experience in corporate fundraising, finance/accounting, compliance or operations
  • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications 
  • Team player, leader, and eager to help where needed 
  • High level of motivation and ability to thrive in campaign-style work environment 
  • Willing to work flexible hours and be responsive when necessary 
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) 
  • Ability to grasp new skills quickly
