Overview

Targeted Victory is looking for a proactive and highly organized individual to join our Business Operations team and provide comprehensive support to our executive leadership team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and high-level meetings. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment, with great communication skills, keen attention to detail, great time management, and the ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple internal teams. The individual must be able to work onsite in our Arlington, VA office. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, calendar management, and logistical coordination.

  • Plan and coordinate company-wide and cross-agency events, including logistics, scheduling, communications, and on-site execution.

  • Manage complex scheduling and travel arrangements for meetings, conferences, and events—ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support business development efforts by assisting with research, preparation of materials, meeting coordination, and other initiatives as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, client services, product, and other departments to coordinate projects and initiatives.

  • Research, recommend, and book venues for executive dinners and events.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance day-to-day operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.

  • 1-3 years of previous professional working experience in an administrative, project management, or account management capacity.

  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks as needed.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing schedules, logistics, and follow-ups.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting professional correspondence, including follow-ups and thank-you notes.

  • Proficiency in calendar management tools and travel booking platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Proactive mindset with a service-oriented approach—willing to handle both strategic tasks and day-to-day needs.
