Overview

Targeted Victory is looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive leadership team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and high-level meetings.

Applicants must be able to work in person at our Arlington, VA office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, calendar management, and logistical coordination.
  • Manage complex scheduling and travel arrangements for meetings, conferences, and events—ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare for meetings by developing agendas, gathering materials, and ensuring effective follow-up on action items, including drafting thank-you notes or other correspondence.
  • Research, recommend, and book venues for executive dinners and events.
  • Handle day-to-day tasks, such as arranging meals and providing on-the-ground support during high-demand times.
  • Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively offer solutions to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide occasional support for business development efforts, such as coordinating meetings and assisting with preparation of materials.
